Interior Concepts is headed by Arlene Critzos, a graduate of Mount Vernon College in Washington, D.C.; a student of the Foreign Study League, University of Rome; Norwick College of Arts in Holland, and St. Gabriels College in London, England, as well as a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). She is listed in Who's Who in American Business Women and Whos Who in Interior Design.
Today, we are a full service, award-winning design firm with 85 employees, a 50,000 square foot warehouse, our own delivery service, retail store, and a top tier roster of clients.
Over the last three decades, we have transformed spaces grand and small, from right here in the North; from Boston to New York, in the South from Virginia to Florida, in the West from California to Arizona, Idaho, Montana and back home in Washington, DC. We have crossed the ocean and the globe, to main land China, Jordan, Spain and England, we always conclude at home, in Annapolis, MD.
It is this international influence as well as living and studying in Europe, that Arlene credits a comfortable appeal for international interiors and a personal style she calls "European Traditional." Cultivated design as well as expertise are combined with the client's wish lists to produce truly successful, personalized interiors.
Arlene Critzos, president of Interior Concepts, Inc., leads our Residential and Commercial design team. A team of six spectacular senior designers, in addition to staff designers and junior designers, make up our pyramid of creative talents and support.
Catherine Belkov, our Senior Director of Design, has been with Interior Concepts since 1986. Combining talent and experience in both residential and commercial design, she has led our team to award winning designs.
Joyce Pearl, our Senior Residential Manager, has designed and managed multiple projects with 24 years of experience.
Andrea Blamphin, a veteran senior designer of 15 years, prides herself in successful years of multifaceted designs and installations.

Our work has been published in Spaces Magazine and many Builder Association publications. Our Sr. personnel serve on the boards and BIA committees thru out our region. We volunteer our services to the local Home Aid and Habitat for Humanity Chapters.
