The key members of the team are Arlene Parrella Critzos, (President and Founder), Phyllis Ryan (President of Model Home Division), and Cindy Stranger (CEO).

Arlene Parrella Critzos has a B.A. Degree in design from Mount Vernon College in Washington, D.C. She has earned Foreign Study League Art Certificates in the Decorative Arts from the University of Rome in Rome, Italy; Norwick College of Art in Holland, and St. Gabriels College in London, England. She is an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and is listed in Who's Who in American Business Women and Who's Who in Interior Design.

Phyllis Ryan has a B.A. Degree from the University of Maryland. She had extensive entrepreneurial experience in domestic and international marketing with several small firms before joining Interior Concepts, Inc. in 1986. Since then, she has become recognized as an expert in the field of merchandising in the local metropolitan area and supports the NVBIA, SMBIA and WSMC groups by sitting on their sales and design awards committees. She occasionally speaks to small business groups on the value of the first impression and counsels individuals on personal and professional growth. She has developed a broad client base in model home merchandising and the commercial design markets and has earned her real estate marketing MIRM designation.

Cindy Stranger has a B.A. Degree from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining Interior Concepts, Inc., Cindy was responsible for successfully taking a homebuilding corporation from $8 million in sales to $65 million in five years. She has extensive experience working directly with Corporate Board of Directors and serves as a legal liaison with corporate legal counsel. Cindy is an active member of the American Association of Female Executives and is listed in Who's Who in American Business Women.
