EXECUTIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE OWNER/PRESIDENT
Our award-winning design firm, located in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant. This person is an integral individual, vital to the smooth operation of all aspects of Interior Concepts, Inc. The ideal candidate will provide high-level support to the President/Owner. He/She will be scheduling appointments, meetings, business, and personal travel as well as business and personal event planning. This person will have frequent client interaction and should be able to clearly communicate and provide excellent client service. The ideal candidate will be preparing professional documents and presentations, as well as assisting designers.
This is a full-time, immediate position.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant executive/personal experience working in an office environment. This position requires the ability to multi-task, attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, experience organizing a wide variety of high-priority projects in a professional, confidential and efficient manner. Applicants must be proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Design knowledge preferred. High school diploma, required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
